Thank you for your interest in participating in the East Texas Bridal Open House. We’re proud to bring together professional, established wedding vendors who value connection, community, and serving couples well. Please complete the application below to be considered for an upcoming show.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree that if your application is accepted, a 50% retainer and signed contract are required within 48 hours of approval. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event date.
Applications approved within 60 days of the event require full payment at the time of acceptance.

Alpha Lit of ETX shared that the January 2026 show in Longview, TX - featuring over 50 vendors and nearly 400 tickets sold - was the most lively event they had experienced, noting it had the largest crowd and the most energy they’ve seen at a show.

Sunflower & Sailer booked three weddings on the spot at the January 2026 show - the first time they had ever secured a wedding booking directly on the spot at an expo.
