Priority setup access available the day prior to the event for added convenience and preparation time
Vendor lunch provided on event day, along with a focus on vendor hospitality and comfort throughout the event
Opportunities to build vendor-to-vendor relationships within the East Texas wedding community
We carefully limit vendor categories to ensure each exhibitor receives meaningful exposure and avoids over saturation within the same service category
All participating vendors will be featured on the event website with a direct link to their business, giving couples easy access to explore and contact vendors before and after the show
Professional booth setup support, including table, tablecloth, electricity access, and backdrop pipe-and-drape availability
Alpha Lit of ETX shared that the January 2026 show in Longview, TX - featuring over 50 vendors and nearly 400 tickets sold - was the most lively event they had experienced, noting it had the largest crowd and the most energy they’ve seen at a show.
Sunflower & Sailer booked three weddings on the spot at the January 2026 show - the first time they had ever secured a wedding booking directly on the spot at an expo.
